a transit and destination country for trafficking; most victims
are women trafficked into sexual exploitation from Ukraine, the

4,679 cases of aggravated theft (34.03% of all cases), 167 cases
of robbery and violent theft (38.71% of all cases), 4,484 cases
of breaking and entering (33.67% of all cases), 71 cases of theft
of motor cars (10.37% of all cases), 4,162 cases of other theft
(27.17% of all cases), 57 cases of fraud (1.51% of all cases), 163
cases of counterfeit currency offences (4.56% of all cases), 131
cases of drug offences (13.29% of all cases).
