* In 1998, there
were 2,297 reported cases of juvenile crime, representing 8.46%
of all criminal cases. The specific offences were: 61 cases of serious
assault (5.75% of all cases), 3,147 cases of all types of theft
(27.01% of all cases), 839 cases of aggravated theft (25.98% of
all cases), 74 cases of robbery and violent theft (20.00% of all
cases), 823 cases of breaking and entering (31.08% of all cases),
79 cases of theft of motor cars (12.09% of all cases), 2,228 cases
of other theft (28.70% of all cases), 1 cases of fraud (0.17% of
all cases), 33 cases of drug offences (4.00% of all cases)

ON GOVERNMENT FORCES

continue, but legal provisions are being established to ensure there
will be no under-18 deployment either in situations of armed conflict
